GTA San Andreas Unreal Engine 5 Concept Remake

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas gets another Unreal Engine 5 Concept Remake Video

TeaserPlay has released another concept remake video for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in Unreal Engine 5. And, ironically, this fan concept looks way better than the official Definitive Edition of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Now while this looks better than GTA: San Andreas Definitive Edition, it isn’t perfect. For instance, this fan video suffers, once again, from some awful 1fps tree animations. We’ve criticized this in TeaserPlay’s previous GTA 6 concept video, and it puzzles me why this is still an issue. In theory, it should be easy to fix. The lip-syncing is also mediocre, to say the least.

Still, and despite these issues, this fan video is more ambitious than the game’s official remaster. Rockstar dropped the ball with GTA: San Andreas Definitive Edition which, ironically, uses the previous version of Unreal Engine. Which begs the question, what do you prefer? A fan remake video that will never materialize into a full game or a quick cash grab like GTA: San Andreas Definitive Edition?

Anyway, speaking of UE5 fan videos, you may also check out the following ones.
