Report: The next Halo game will be coming to the PC

At this year’s E3, we saw pretty much all of Microsoft’s future first-party titles to be coming to the PC. So, the big question now is: will the next Halo game come to our platform? And what happens with the Halo 5 rumours. Well, we’ve got some good and some bad news. The bad news is that Halo 5: Guardian won’t be coming to the PC (or at least that’s what Microsoft still claims). The good news is that the next Halo game will be released on the PC. Operation Trebuchet Is A Halo Total Conversion Mod For ArmA 3, Gets New Video

The team behind Operation Trebuchet has released a new video, showcasing the latest features of this Halo TC for ArmA 3. Operation Trebuchet is a Halo Total Conversion mod for ArmA 3 that features character models, weapons and vehicles from Bungie’s shooter. Recently Microsoft announced Halo Online, an online multiplayer only F2P FPS. The closed beta was announced exclusively for the Russian marketplace however, so given we game on PC, one of the things that happens on PC, happened; mods. Project: Contingency – Fan-Made Halo CRYENGINE-powered PC Exclusive – New Concept Arts & Videos Released

Back in August 2013, we informed you about Project: Contingency; a fan-made Halo game powered by CRYENGINE. It’s been almost two years since then and after a big radio silence, the dev team decided to release a bunch of artworks and videos for this project. Project: Contingency will be a free-to-play massively multiplayer online with up to 64 players support. Speedrunner Finishes Halo: CE Legendary In Just One & A Half Hours, Making A New World Record

YouTube’s ‘TheDeadaTTicus’ has managed to finished Halo: Combat Evolved in just one and a half hours (in Legendary difficulty). Halo: Combat Evolved – New Update Resolves GameSpy Server Shutdown, Brings Additional Fixes

Bungie has revealed the changelog for the latest update of Halo: Combat Evolved that will be released later this month. According to the changelog, this update addresses the closure of GameSpy’s server, enables refractive Active Camo on Nvidia cards and fixes handling of video cards with more than 2GB of memory.
