Painkiller: Hell & Damnation – PC Performance Analysis

Nordic Games has finally released the remake of People Can Fly’s classic first-person shooter, Painkiller, a game is powered by Unreal Engine 3, and is as fast-paced as the original version. Players will have to encounter one hell of enemies as Daniel tries to reunite with his wife. Truth be told, this is as close to the original Painkiller game as you could ever imagine, though it is not as hard as its previous expansions/sequels. There are also some story differences between the original Painkiller and Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, but who will care about the storyline of this title? Painkiller is all about killing whatever the game throws at you and completing the various tasks in order to unlock some Tarot cards. Trackmania 2: Stadium Revealed – Coming in 2013, Debut Screenshots, Announcement Trailer

Following Trackmania 2: Valley’s reveal, Nadeo has also announced the Stadium environment, an all-time favorite stage that was played by millions around the world through TrackMania Nations Forever will be available in ManiaPlanet in early 2013. TrackMania 2: Stadium will benefit from the improved game engine used in TrackMania 2: Canyon and ShootMania Storm, meaning a better management of light and shadows, among other goodies. Battlefield 4 Rumors – Female characters, platforms, release date, commander role, voice commands

Okay Battlefield fans, time for some rumors about the fourth part of this acclaimed series. ChipHell‘s member ‘Archangel’ has shared some new details about DICE’s upcoming FPS title, details that are said to be coming straight from EA’s chinese team that participated in an internal Battlefield 4 conference. During that conference, the alpha version of Battlefield 4 was showcased and according to the American employees of the chinese department, Battlefield 4 is powered by Frostbite 2 and will stress this engine at 80% (it was said that Battlefield 3 pushed only 30-40% of what the engine is capable of). Nadeo announced Trackmania 2: Valley, the third game of the TrackMania 2 series that is taking place in a lush valley with a rally gameplay. According to its description, the coming of a new environment means a net set of blocks for the editor, but also a brand new gameplay for the driving experience. Killzone Intercept – Live Action Fan Film

As said and in the past, we love live-action films/web-series. So, today we bring you a new Killzone short film that looks spectacular. Yes, Killzone is not a PC title but we can’t help but be amazed with what fans have managed to achieve. According to its description, Killzone Intercept occurs during the events of Killzone 3 as the ISA evacuate Helghan. A small scout squad is called upon to stall a large group of approaching Helghasts that plan to cut off the ISA convoy from reaching the extraction point.  Outnumbered, the squad takes on the task with hopes of getting everyone off the planet alive. George Broussard, games rating systems, and what devs believe about the different score scales

Now this is hilarious. Remember George Broussard? You know, the lead designer of Duke Nukem Forever and co-founder of 3D Reamls? Well, it seems that Broussard is a Halo 4 fan as he bashed a reviewer for giving 343 Industries’ title a ‘mere’ 70/100 score. Although we don’t cover console games, we can’t simply sit back and let things explode without having a good laugh, right? After all, the final version of DNF was average at best and didn’t justify that legendary ‘released WID’ moto of 3D Realms, so who is Broussard to say that reviewers are wrong?
