Peter Sjostrand has announced that the third beta build for fan-made Mega Man 2.5D is now available. Mega Man 2.5D’s Beta 3.0 includes two new co-op stages and two new single player stages for Splash Woman and Quick Man. Mega Man 2.5D Beta Is Now Available – Fan Project Based On Capcom’s Classic Title
Edgar Cebolledo and Peter Sjostrand have released a beta version for their upcoming fan-made freeware Mega Man title, Mega Man 2.5D. Now I know what most of you will be thinking. Why the hell did they announce a beta and risk their project being shut down by Capcom? After all, we’ve seen this happening in a lot of fan projects lately (Chrono Trigger and Sonic fan remakes to name two). Yes, the team is proud for what it has already achieved but come on – this is like asking Capcom to send a C&D letter.
