During this year’s Rezzed, Devolver Digital showcased the sequel to Hotline Miami, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, and VG247 has managed to capture some footage from it. According to its description, in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number players can step into the murderous mind of several distinct characters – each with their own motivations and methods of execution – as storylines intersect and reality slips away into a haze of neon and carnage. Cats cats cats. Everybody seems to love cats. And everybody loves Street Fighter II. So what happens when you mashup these two together? Well, Cat Fighter is obviously the answer to that question. ThePetCollective has posted this amazing parody for Capcom’s fighting game, Street Fighter II, in which we get to see two cats duke it out. This parody reminded us of the Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter parodies for Jean Claude Van Damme’s movies, therefore we decided to also include them below. RSI and Cloud Imperium have released a new video featuring in-engine footage from their upcoming space combat title, Star Citizen, showcasing one of the new spaceships that will be featured in it. Serellan Games has released the first gameplay footage of Takedown: Red Sabre. Takedown: Red Sabre is the spiritual successor to games like the original Rainbow Six and SWAT series, and will focus on realistic weapons modeling, squad based play, in a close-quarters battle setting. The following footage is from an alpha build of the PC version. Takedown: Red Sabre is currently planned for a 2013 release on PC, X360 and PS3, and promises to be a thinking-person’s shooter. Enjoy! Surprising news everyone. DOTA 2 has entered its open beta phase (meaning that it’s completely free to everyone) and nobody has noticed it. Hell, even Valve has not sent any press release for it as of yet. As we can clearly see below, though, DOTA 2 does not require any beta key at this point.
