Reddit user LeftKrush has created a Sekiro combat overhaul mod for Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. The mod is a heavily modified version of Ultimate Combat mod. In case you haven’t played the game, the combat of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is based on deflecting and parrying enemy hits. This mod is trying to do the same thing.
