It appears that Doom and Doom II PC games have just received an official 16:9 widescreen support, which comes as a surprise considering the original Doom was released 27 years ago in 1993. Brutal Fate is a new retro first-person shooter from the creator of Brutal Doom

Sergeant Mark IV, creator of Brutal Doom, has just announced a new retro fast-paced first-person shooter, Brutal Fate. Brutal Fate is heavily inspired by 80’s and 90’s sci-fi movies such as Aliens, Starship Troopers, Event Horizon, and Blade Runner, and will come out on Steam Early Access in early 2021. GRAVEN is a spiritual successor to Hexen 2, first gameplay footage, coming to PC in 2021

1C Entertainment and 3D Realms have announced a spiritual successor to Hexen 2, GRAVEN. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 GPU only uses 14Gbps GDDR6 Memory, 16Gbps reserved for future SKUs

Nvidia recently announced its Ampere lineup of Flagship GPUs, the RTX 3090, 3080 and 3070. And while there were some specs highlighted, there was chatter before on the web that Nvidia might use 16Gbps GDDR6 memory for the RTX 3070 GPU. But that doesn’t appear to be the case. Fallout New Vegas gets a 16GB Upscaled 4X HD Texture Pack

Modder ‘Kuzja80’ has released a 16GB AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack for Fallout New Vegas. This pack will increase/upscale the quality of almost all of the game’s original textures by four times. Here is an impressive Doom mod for Super Mario 64 PC

As we reported back in May 2020, there is currently an unofficial DX12 version of Super Mario 64 for the PC. And, as you may have guessed, modders have decided to mod the sh*t out of this game.
