New Project CARS Community Screenshots

Slightly Mad Studios have released some new screenshots for their community-based racing game, Project CARS. As always, the shots show purely in-game footage that has not been made in any special photo mode with no post-processing or filters that aren’t available during the actual gameplay. First Unreal Engine 4 Shots showcase a Skyrim-like game; could this be Epic’s PC exclusive title?

Great news for graphics whores as Epic Games has revealed the first set of screenshots from the next version of their acclaimed engine, the Unreal Engine. These Unreal Engine 4 shots showcase a game (or a tech demo) that looks similar to Skyrim. We do know that Skyrim was a big success to the PC and Epic Games have revealed during GDC2012 that they’re developing a PC exclusive title. Naturally, most of us expected this title to be a showcase title for Unreal Engine 4, so could these screenshots actually be from the PC exclusive title that Epic has in store for us? One can only guess but if that’s the case, we can expect an RPG game from the studio that brought us the Unreal and the Gears of War series. But then again, the studio stated that the PC exclusive title would be a shooter and this is definitely not a shooter. So, a PC exclusive title or an RPG for next-generation platforms? Blizzard apologises for Diablo III’s launch issues, achievements bug still not fixed

Blizzard has apologised for all those launch issues that players have been experiencing lately. According to the statement, Blizzard’s preparations for the launch of the game did not go far enough as they were caught off guard by this tremendous and successful launch. The company believes it has ironed out most of the bugs now and promised to monitor the situation and enact maintenance. Dungeon Gate coming to the PC this September; new gameplay details unveiled

Lace Mamba Global has revealed today some new details about their upcoming PC RPG called Dungeon Gate, as well as its release date. Dungeon Gate is an upcoming PC fantasy RPG, featuring the possibility of giving its players the opportunity to shape-shift into their enemies and even into any NPC creature to get unique opportunities to win battles and solve the game. SBK Generations gets new screenshots

Black Bean has released some new screenshots for Milestone’s upcoming superbike game, SBK Generations. SBK Generations promises to deliver the best riders of all ages gathered through 4 seasons in the largest SBK game of all time. It will include 10 rosters, ranging from 2009 to 2012, featuring more than 220 riders, 141 teams and 60 bike models from 10 manufacturers that raced between 1999 and 2012. Grim Dawn – Pre-Alpha Soldier [Melee] Gameplay

Most action hack n slash RPG fans are enjoying right now Blizzard’s gem, but let us tell you that we are really excited about another one that is currently under development. Grim Dawn is being made by ex-Titan Quest developers and has a lot of potential. With a successful Kickstarter campaign, Crate Entertainment decided to release a new, melee gameplay video for it. DOTA 2 Beta and Might and Magic: Heroes VI get new Updates

Valve and Blackhole have released new updates for DOTA 2 Beta and Might & Magic: Heroes VI. DOTA 2’s update enables Treant Protector, adds  additional dialog for Earthshaker, Pudge, Storm Spirit, Shadow Fiend, and Doombringer, and makes bots more aggressive about using couriers that are carrying their items. Might & Magic: Heroes VI’s update, on the other hand, adds new features to the map, the Archipelago map and the Custom Map Exchange feature. These updates will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and you can view their changelogs below. Hail to the King, baby – Duke Nukem Theme on eight floppy drives

YouTube’s member ‘MrSolidSnake745’ is amazing, as he has managed to recreate – with the help of eight floppy drives – a lot of game music themes. I tell you, this guy is crazy and put a lot of work into this. His latest achievement is the recreation of Duke Nukem 3D’s theme and, ironically, it sounds pretty awesome. This is something unique and you should definitely give it a go. Congrats MrSolidSnake745 and we’re really looking forward to a new, ‘floppified’ game music theme.
