I think many might have seen this one coming. On the 19th of June, Valve issued a statement to all Counter Strike: Global Offensive and DOTA 2 players in the Netherlands that they will no longer be able to purchase online loot boxes since it is now officially against a ruling issued by the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit (translates as Gaming Authority). DOTA 2 Gets A Massive Update

Sweet Mary of Jesus. Valve has released a new update for DOTA 2 that comes with one hell of changes, fixes and tweaks. This is perhaps the biggest update we’ve seen for DOTA 2 and since it changes almost every aspect of the game’s stats, we’re pretty sure that some players will get slightly annoyed by some of the changes. DOTA 2 Is Now Available On Mac & Linux, System Requirements Revealed, New Update Released

Valve announced today that its free-to-play MOBA style title, DOTA 2, is currently available on Mac and Linux. Valve has also released a new update for it, as well as the system requirements for these two versions. The new update comes with some gameplay rebalance tweaks, improvements on the matchmaking system, and various visual and audio enhancements.
