Bloodborne Unofficial Native PC Port Available Now for Download

And the time has finally come. An unofficial PC port of one of the most wanted PS4 games, Bloodborne, has just been released. This port lets you play Bloodborne on PC without using the PlayStation 4 emulator shadPS4. It gives PC players another way to experience this classic game.

This Bloodborne PC port, called bbport, is a native port for Windows and Linux. It runs the original PS4 game code without CPU emulation. This is the main way it differs from shadPS4, which is a general PS4 emulator made for many games.

bbport is built for Bloodborne version 1.09. Its eboot is changed into a native x86-64 image before the game starts. A small runtime then handles the PS4 features that Bloodborne needs. This can reduce the work needed at runtime.

The port also adds many PC features. It has an unlocked frame rate, with 30, 60, and 90 FPS modes. Not only that, but it supports AMD FSR 3.1, FSR 4, and FSR 4.1.1.

bbport also uses two threads for GPU work. This helps remove a key limit found in the game. It includes an in-game menu for resolution, upscaling, sharpness, and graphics effects.

It also has a Windows launcher, mod support, free camera support, and a Steam Deck AppImage.

What’s really disappointing here, though, is that it doesn’t seem to support the mouse. This is such a big bummer for a game like Bloodborne. At least in my opinion. Every third-person and first-person unofficial PC port should support keyboard and mouse in 2026.

Anyway, those interested can go ahead and download bbport from this link. Below, you can also find the main differences between this PC port and shadPS4.
