New Shadow Of The Eternals Video Shows Off The Game’s Sanity System

Precursor Games has released a new video, showcasing the sanity system that will be implemented in Shadow Of The Eternals. According to Shawn Jackson, Precursor Games aims to bring the sanity system of Eternal of Darkness to its latest title that will be powered by CryEngine 3. The development team aims to both use the new gen technology to drive players insane and incorporate some gameplay mechanics to this sanity system. For example, players may be able to see a hidden door only when they are driven insane. It’s a cool concept, so it remains to be seen whether Precursor will be able to deliver. Milestone has released a new video, showcasing some in-game action from its upcoming rally racing game, WRC 4. This first gameplay video features the sensational Neste Oil Rally Finland with the Finnish driver Jari-Matti Latvala at the wheel of his Volkswagen Polo R-WRC. WRC 4 is the official game for the 2013 FIA World Rally Championship and will feature the rallies, drivers and teams from the 2013 WRC calendar. Project CARS Looks Great On Max Settings – Video Shows Off Day/Night Cycle & Destructible Vehicles

YouTube’s ‘ExpressionOfNothing’ shared an amazing video from Project CARS, running on max settings (without injectors though. So yeah, the game can look even better than this). This video is from the game’s 541 build and shows off the mesmerizing day/night cycle that is featured in it. In addition, we get to see some crashes, as well as the level of vehicle destructibility that is currently available. Square Enix has released the Gamescom 2013 trailer of Thief, in which the japanese publisher revealed the game’s release date. This new Thief title, that is powered by Unreal Engine 3, is scheduled for a February 25th, 2014, release on PC, PS3, X360, Xbox One and PS4. Thief is being developed by EIDOS Montreal, the studio behind the critically acclaimed Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and promises to be as a good refreshed tile (to the game’s gameplay mechanics) as Human Revolution was. Techland’s Zombie Parkour Title ‘Dying Light’ Gets A 12 Minutes Gameplay Trailer

Warner Bros and IGN have released a 12 minutes gameplay trailer for Techland’s upcoming zombie-themed parkour FPS title, Dying Light. As you may have guessed, Dying Light is basically a Dead Island meets Mirror’s Edge mashup. Naturally, the game borrows some animations from Dead Island, so no; this is not a ‘true’ next-gen title. Still, it looks better than Techland’s previous zombie title, so make sure to check it out. Dying Light is currently planned for a 2014 release on PC, PS3, X360, PS4 and Xbox One. Enjoy! Battlefield 4 promises to be better than its predecessors and will be powered by Frostbite 3. The game is planned for an October 31st release on PC, X360 and PS3. Access to Grand Theft Auto Online is free with every retail copy of Grand Theft Auto V.
