Ubisoft has released some new screenshots and artworks for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. What’s interesting here is that AC4 will support dual wielding, something that was missing from all previous Assassin’s Creed games. As we’ve said and before, this new AC game will focus on Haytham’s father, Edward. The game is planned for a 2013 release on current generation consoles, and the PC version might get delayed until next-generation versions hit stores (as it will be most probably based on those versions). Codemasters has revealed – via the game’s official FB page – a bunch of screenshots for GRID 2. In this huge set, the company included some new, previously unreleased, images that can be viewed below. As you may already know, GRID 2 won’t feature any cockpit view, something that made pretty much everyone upset. GRID 2 is currently planned for a May 2013 release on X360, PS3 and PC. Enjoy! Thief fans, get ready for a treat. GameInformer will be unveiling today its cover story that is said to be a next-generation title. There are rumors that this title is Thief 4, and thankfully the first screenshots of it have been leaked. According to the Russian website GamesManiac, Thief 4 is scheduled for a 2014 release on PC and next-generation consoles, and you can find the leaked screenshots below. Ubisoft has unveiled – via the game’s FB page – a new screenshot for Watch Dogs, showcasing the visuals that gamers will enjoy when this title hits stores. Watch Dogs is being developed primarily on the PC, and is planned for a 2013 release. The game will be powered by a brand new engine, called the Disrupt engine, that is said to be more efficient and better optimized than the AnvilNext engine. Enjoy! Bohemia Interactive has released some new screenshots for its upcoming sim military shooter, ArmA 3. ArmA 3 will enter its alpha stage next week and those who pre-order it will be able to access it immediately. Bohemia will also launch a free alpha version of ArmA 3, one week later. Arma 3 Alpha will feature four showcase missions (Infantry, Vehicles, SCUBA and Helicopter), a limited subset of weapons and vehicles, two multiplayer scenarios, the powerful scenario editor and modding support. Slightly Mad Studios has released a new set of community screenshots for its gorgeous-looking racer, Project CARS. Our guess is that Slightly Mad Studios has added a new raindrops effects, otherwise we cannot explain why most member decided to capture the following images. Naturally, all shots show purely in-game footage that has not been made in any special photo mode with no post-processing or filters that aren’t available during the actual gameplay. And as you may have guessed, most of those members are using FXAA and SweetFX injectors to improve this racer’s visuals. Enjoy!
