The Astronauts (former Painkiller and Bulletstorm developers) have announced a new PC exclusive horror title called The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is said to be a game to be played at night, alone, and in headphones. The game is powered by the latest version of the Unreal Engine 3 technology from Epic Games, as well as exciting new technology, the details of which we will reveal in the coming months, and is set for release on PC via digital distributors in 2013. In the first episode of the Tyranny of King Washington series, our hero, Ratonhnhaké:ton, awakens from an unsettling dream to find that, despite his efforts to deliver justice in the newly-founded United States of America, a new king has been crowned – George Washington. Remember Bullet Run? What was that? No you say. Well, don’t worry as you didn’t miss much. Bullet Run was Sony Online Entertainment’s F2P MMOFPS that promised to bring together the elements of the FPS genre with unique levels of immersion and character progression. Pixel Shavers, a team from Poland, has recreated CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 CG trailer in Minecraft. According to the video’s description, the skins and textures that have been used were made by EviEviice, the map was created by Voerity and the trailer was put together by MineImator. It looks kind of cool, though the difference between this pixel-fest and the original CG trailer is huge. Nevertheless, those interested can give this video a go!
