Strange Brigade is the first game supporting both DirectX 12 and Vulkan, benchmarked on NVIDIA and AMD hardware

Rebellion’s Strange Brigade has just been released on the PC and we are happy to report that it is the first game supporting both the DirectX 12 and the Vulkan APIs. Call of Duty: WWII receives a 10GB update, available tomorrow on PC, release notes unveiled

Sledgehammer Games has prepared a massive new update for Call of Duty: WWII. This update is 10GB in size and features a new Division, new Basic Training, packs some multiplayer fixes and brings various UI improvements. In addition, this latest patch adds new Orders and Contracts and brings Shovel Melee Weapon Variants in Zombies mode. Rumour: Cyberpunk 2077 will support both real-time ray tracing and NVIDIA’s Hairworks [UPDATE: Fake]

It appears that CD Projekt RED’s new role-playing game, Cyberpunk 2077, will support real-time ray tracing tech as well as NVIDIA’s Hairworks tech. ArtEngine introduces new feature to synthesise PBR materials direct on-mesh, cuts texturing time by 90%

Artomatix has announced a new application of its ArtEngine product for studios that is set to fundamentally change how 3D content is being created, with the news that they now support the synthesis of full PBR materials directly on the surface of a 3D mesh. This allows ArtEngine from Artomatix to cut model texture time by as much as 90% and enables 3D artists to mass produce unique variations of textured models.
