Mercenary Ops gets its first trailer; new PC third-person action game powered by Unreal Engine 3

Yingpei Games have released the first trailer for their upcoming third-person PC shooter game, Mercenary Ops. Mercenary Ops is slated for a Summer release and will be powered by Unreal Engine 3. According to its press release, the new title combines the best of the tactical gameplay elements from conventional third-person shooters with the fast-paced competitive and cooperative team matches found in online multiplayer titles — and adds to the mix a deeper layer of character development and customization. New Crusader Kings II Update comes with improved military AI, nerfs, fixes and rebalance tweaks

Paradox Interactive released a new update for their strategy title, Crusader Kings II. This new patch will update your game’s version to 1.05 and comes with various fixes and tweaks. Moreover, the update features some fixes for modders and some minor improvements and additions, such as more loading tips and early kings of England to the history files. Star Trek: The Video Game coming to PC and consoles in 2013, teaser trailer released

Namco released the teaser trailer for Star Trek: The Video Game. The action-packed combat game is set to launch the first quarter of 2013 prior to the May 17th theatrical release of the next Star Trek installment from director and producer J.J. Abrams and is developed by Digital Extremes. The game, through a license with CBS Consumer Products, is based on a stand-alone storyline that continues the adventure of iconic characters Kirk and Spock as they work together to stop a legendary enemy race bent on conquering the galaxy. Namco responds to PC gamers demand for removing GFWL from Dark Souls PC, petition approaches 20K signatures

A while ago, we informed you about the features of Dark Souls PC. As you may remember, Namco has revealed back then that the PC version would be using GFWL. Naturally, a lot of PC gamers got annoyed by it and decided to express their opinion on Namco’s forums. Not only that, but another petition got started with the hope to further push Namco in abandoning their plans of integrating Microsoft’s GFWL service in their upcoming title. Grim Dawn – action RPG from ex-Titan Quest developers – gets a Kickstarter campaign

Crate Entertainment decided to jump on the Kickstarter bandwagon and initiated a campaign for their upcoming action RPG, Grim Dawn. Grim Dawn is an action role-playing game for PC and a spiritual successor to Titan Quest. For the past two years a small team of former Iron Lore veterans at Crate Entertainment have been developing Grim Dawn with their own, improved version of the Iron Lore engine and tools; the same technology used to create Titan Quest.
