Resident Evil Raccoon City Unreal Engine 5 fan project-fixed

Resident Evil: Raccoon City in Unreal Engine 5 is an interesting open-world project

It’s been a while since our last Unreal Engine 5 fan project, don’t you think? Come on, I know you love them. So, time to fix this with this really cool open-world Resident Evil fan project that will most likely never see the light of day.

Resident Evil: Raccoon City is an Unreal Engine 5 fan project that aims to recreate Raccoon City & the Arklay Forest as an open-world map.

As its creator has pointed out, this isn’t a fan remake of any Resident Evil game. Instead, this project attempts to create a full-sized Raccoon City, which may turn into a free open-world exploration game in the future.

Resident Evil: Raccoon City in Unreal Engine 5 features one million and six hundred thousand square meters for the city, and six million square meters for the Arklay mountains.

It looks cool, so be sure to take a look at it.

Lastly, and speaking of Unreal Engine 5, we suggest taking a look at these other fan remakes. Right now, you can download a Superman UE5 Demo, a Halo 3: ODST Remake, and a Spider-Man UE 5 Demo. Moreover, these videos show Resident EvilStar Wars KOTOR and Counter-Strike Global Offensive in UE5. Additionally, you can find a Portal Remake and an NFS3 Remake. 1. Re-used assets from Matrix demo LOL.
Also, Raccoon City is based on Chicago, this looks more like NY.
Those spanish moders really are anoying and lazy af.

  2. Everybody is reusing those assets from Matrix. Why do most Unreal engines feel unrealy similar? Templates! That is the problem with everybody signing on to unreal. Without in-house game engines, all games will eventually look and feel the same… Artistry is not only in the assets, it is in the engine as well.

    1. That’s a problem with developers, not the engine. The engine provides the source code, you can customize virtually every aspect of it. It makes no economic sense to spend money on an in-house engine, when something like UE5 exists. Even CDPR realized that.

    2. Most of those are not professional remake, this is just tech demo made by people like you and me, and putting 3d model you already have in your library is easy it’s just drag and drop, but making your own 3d model…. it’s an other story

  3. anyone remembers a gta vice city mod that was like that, the dude used vice city to make a zombie themed resident evil campaign or something.

  4. Lastly, and speaking of Unreal Engine 5, we suggest taking a look at these other fan remakes.

Most of them are just tech demo and not project of a full game

  5. Very interesting shovel shitware UE5 garbage demo. Within the next 2-3 years, every single franchise in gaming that ever existed will get one of these pieces of garbage.
