The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild gets a glorious 60fps modification for CEMU

Well, you gotta love the community of CEMU, the best emulator for WiiU. In the past we’ve seen some tweaks that enabled 21:9 monitor support for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and now Xalphenos is working on a modification that will remove the 30fps cap and will allow players to enjoy this new Zelda game with 60fps. Modders are working on a multi-player mode for the CEMU version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Now here is something really cool. Fooni on the REGN8 Discord server announced that he and a team are currently working on a multiplayer mod for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The interesting thing here is that this mod will be exclusive to the CEMU emulated version, so those interested in it will have to game on the PC. Oh, and that the game was not developed with any multi-player mode in mind. Zelda: Breath of the NES is a remake of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s 2D prototype version

In order to create The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Nintendo used a 2D prototype version of it in order to experiment and determine what would be featured in it. This prototype version was showcased at GDC 2017 and Winter Drake is currently working on a remake based on that version.
