Doom 3 modded overshadows iD Software’s RAGE – New drooling screenshots

Let’s be honest here, we are really put off by RAGE’s graphics quality. Even with all the tweaks to avoid the annoying texture pop-in, the game suffers from really low-quality textures. Add to that the pre-baked shadows, old-generation shaders and limited dynamic lighting and you get a game that could be easily released several years ago. RAGE PC – First Patch Is Out

Bethesda has just released the first PC patch for the latest FPS game from iD Software, RAGE. As was promised, this patch adds – among other things – some video options with which players can adjust their gaming experience. Doom 3: Phobos – Teaser Trailer features Spider Mastermind

Team Future released a teaser trailer for their upcoming mod for Doom 3, Doom 3: Phobos. Doom 3: Phobos is a 1 episode project which continues the story in Doom 3 and it is set in between Doom 3 and its expansion pack, Resurrection of Evil. RAGE PC – How To Adjust Some Graphical Settings

PC gamers are right now disappointed with iD Software’s title as it doesn’t provide any in-game settings to adjust some of the game’s settings. RAGE – No Advanced Graphics Options for the PC version

Lets face it, iD Software are the daddies of PC shooters. Thanks to them, we got some of the most amazing games and engines. So it comes as no surprise to be literally shocked with the company’s decision to exclude any advanced graphical options in the PC version of RAGE. Yeap, you read that right. RAGE Steam Pre-Load Now Available

Contrary to the console versions of RAGE, the PC one is safe and hasn’t been leaked yet. That could change though as Steam has just announced that RAGE is now available for pre-load. The game’s size is 21.6GB and there is a possibility that some groups might try to crack it before release. We know that most console games get leaked before release, but it’s entirely different when a highly anticipated game – and perhaps a candidate for GOTY – is getting leaked almost a week before release. Incoming update for Wulfen’s Texture Pack for Doom 3; Comparison Shots Released

Great news for Doom3 lovers as Wulfen will release a new update for his amazing Doom 3 High-Resolution Texture Pack. This time around, Wulfen tweaked a lot of the textures’ difuses and the end result is simply mind-blowing.
