First AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X gaming benchmark revealed

AMD’s Ryzen Threadripper 1950X will be released later this month and while this CPU does not target PC gamers, Linus Tech Tips has revealed the first gaming benchmark for it. In case you weren’t aware of, the AMD Ryzen Thredripper 1950X features 16 cores and 32 threads, is clocked at 3.4GHz (and can be boosted to 4GHz) and will be priced at $999. Intel’s “Coffee Lake” Core i7 & i5 CPUs will most likely require new motherboards

And it appears that Intel has dropped the ball. A couple of days ago, we informed you about the full specs of the new upcoming Intel Coffee Lake i7 & i5 CPUs. These new processors will be using the LGA1151 socket, however it appears that they won’t be compatible with the LGA1151 motherboards that are currently available. AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 – First official benchmark shows AMD’s GPU beating NVIDIA’s GTX1080 FE in DOOM

AMD has revealed the first official benchmark for its new graphics card, the AMD RX Vega 64. According to the benchmark, this new GPU is around 10fps faster than NVIDIA’s GTX1080 Founder’s Edition and around 16fps faster than the AMD Fury X in DOOM. AMD RX Vega GPUs prices leaked online, high-end model to be priced at $699
