YouTube’s ‘CrowbCat’ has shared a video featuring all of Ubisoft’s downgraded games. This video shows the differences between the E3 and the final versions of Watch_Dogs, The Division, Rainbow Six, Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 3. Ubisoft Dev Admits That Far Cry 4 Suffered from Cross-Generation Development Decisions

At this year’s GDC, Stephen McAuley, Technical Lead at Ubisoft Montreal, talked about the challenges of creating the world of Far Cry 4. During his talk, Stephen admitted that Far Cry 4’s cross-generation development had a negative impact on Ubisoft’s decisions. In other words, the game suffered from its cross-generation development, something most of us already – pretty much – assumed. Far Cry 4 – PC Patch 1.8.0 Now Available, Adds Custom Map Co-Op Support

Ubisoft has released a new update for the PC version of Far Cry 4. According to its release notes, this update allows all custom-made maps to be playable in co-op and in single player mode. In addition, this patch fixes a number of issues, fixes various checkpoint placement issues, and integrates Outpost Master in Co-Op. Far Cry 4 – Patch 1.6 Released – Reduces Memory Usage, Adds Hotkey To Disable HUD

Ubisoft released last week a new update for the PC version of Far Cry 4. According to its release notes, this patch reduces the memory that the game consumes, adds a hotkey via which PC gamers can toggle on/off the game’s HUD, and fixes various graphic, control, and Crossfire issues.
