Crysis 3 won’t concentrate on ‘wow’ graphics, will try to offer a great all-round experience

After the lackluster second part of Crysis, a lot of PC gamers began wondering whether Crysis 3 would be concentrating on graphics or gameplay. Well, it seems that Crytek will focus on both of these elements, as well as the game’s storyline in an attempt to offer a great all-round experience, instead of focusing on a single specific aspect. This also means that the company will not push the graphical boundaries, as they’re targetting for a special artistic take on Crysis 3 and not for countless particle effects and ‘wow-ish’ graphics. Crysis 2 Machinima – Welcome to the Future

YouTube’s member ‘clayman90’ created an interesting machinima video for Crytek’s FPS, Crysis 2. This video can be easily described as a fan-made, community trailer and is packed with some of the cut-scenes that were featured in the actual game. It’s well made, so make sure to watch it. And if only those those destructrion sequences were actually in real-time (instead of pre-scripted). Oh well, let’s hope that Crysis 3 will be better in that area! BioWare officially confirms that Shepard is alive in the ‘Destroy’ ending of Mass Effect 3

Mass Effect 3’s ending left some questions unanswered and that’s precisely why BioWare decided to release the Extended Cut DLC for it. And although the free DLC answered a lot of questions, it didn’t reveal whether that figure in the ‘Destroy’ ending was actually Shepard or not. Thankfully, Tully Ackland, UK Community Coordinator for BioWare titles, has revealed what most of us already knew. Yeap, Shepard is alive in the ‘Destroy’ ending and that figure was actually him. Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut features satisfying endings, answers most major plot holes

BioWare has finally released the Extended Cut DLC for Mass Effect 3 and to our surprise, it does answer most of the major questions and plot holes that were introduced in the final five minutes. As we thought, the Extended Cut focuses on Shepard’s companions and shows some scenes to explain things that confused ME3’s fans. However, there are still some major plot holes that have been not answered and that’s a major blow to BioWare. Not only that, but the Indocrination theory – a theory that explained a lot of all those unanswered questions – has been blown out of the water as the company included various cut-scenes to prove that Shepard was not indocrinated. Mass Effect 3’s Extended Cut will most probably disappoint everyone

Now I’ll be honest here – this does not surprise me at all. In their latest interview with Community Manager Jessica Merizan, Mass Effect 3 Executive Producer Casey Hudson and Lead Writer Mac Walters revealed that the Extended Cut will focus on the Shepard’s companions and not on all those unanswered questions that arose during the last five minutes.
