Deviant Artist Floordan has been working on a new CRYENGINE map based on Naughty Dogs’ Jak II game, and has recently released a video from it. Gears Of War Map Recreated In Unreal Engine 4 [Finished Project]

As we’ve already informed you, Dave3d has been working on an Unreal Engine 4 map based on Epic’s Gears of War. Dave3d first recreated the map in UDK and then moved his project to Unreal Engine 4. Yesterday, the artist finished the map, showing two screenshots from its Unreal Engine 4 version. We’ve also included below the UDK images so that you can see the differences between these two versions (and the benefits of UE4). SOE Offers Refunds To Disappointed Buyers Over “H1Z1” Air Drops

Sony Online Entertainment’s new zombie survival MMO, H1Z1, has gotten off to a bit of a rough start. Releasing on Steam Early Access for $20 this week, H1Z1 has seen numerous server issues — rather visible to twitch viewers last night, myself included — but that in and of itself isn’t typically enough to cause a publisher to offer refunds. Especially in an early access title. No, what buyers seem most upset over is the announcement of air drops, which ask players to spend money on air dropped crates filled with supplies. Here Is Rockstar Game’s “Bully” Recreated In Unreal Engine 4

Wesley Arthur has been working on an Unreal Engine 4 map based on Rockstar Games’ Bully game, and released a couple of screenshots from its finished version. As Wesley noted, he recreated the boys’ dormitory environment in Unreal Engine 4 in order to ‘demonstrate my prop art skills as a part of my Masters degree at Sheffield Hallam University.’ This map gives us an idea of what a next-gen version of Bully could look like, so be sure to check them out if you are fans of that particular game.
