New screenshots and gameplay video released for the Half Life 2 restoration mod, Dark Interval

The Dark Interval Team has released some new screenshots and a gameplay video for its upcoming restoration/revision mod that lets you play Half-Life 2 the way it was originally meant to be, Dark Interval. Dark Interval will also feature custom maps, new voiced dialogue, new models and textures, all based on Valve’s early concepts. Here is what a modern-day remake of the first Max Payne game could have looked like

Wojciech Chalinski, Environment artist at Bulkhead Interactive, has been experimenting with Unreal Engine and created a map inspired by Remedy’s classic Max Payne game. From the looks of it, Chalinski has used Unreal Engine and has recreated the Roscoe Street Station from the game.
