And we are going in circles. A couple of days ago, we informed you about a possible patch that could fix the ridiculous RAM requirement for Call of Duty: Ghosts. Activision claimed back then that it was looking into this issue, however it seems that a PC patch is not a priority for the company. When a fan asked yesterday about a patch for Call of Duty: Ghosts PC in order to fix the game’s fps and lag issues, Activision claimed that there won’t be such a patch anytime soon. The Wikipedia section for the Fallout franchise has spotted an interesting trademark registration from Bethesda. According to the website, Bethesda has filed a trademark for Fallout 4. Fallout Wikipedia has also provided some evidence from those claims, and as we can clearly see, Bethesda has indeed trademarked the Fallout 4 name. Report: Need For Speed: Rivals Is Locked At 30FPS On The PC

A couple of months ago, we posted a story regarding the framerate of Need For Speed Rivals PC. As the development team noted back then, all versions of the game would be locked at 30fps. However, last month TeamVVV claimed that the framerate on the PC version of Need For Speed: Rivals was unlocked. Well, it appears that’s not the case as our dear friends over at PCGamesHardware reported that the game is indeed locked at 30fps. Our reader ‘ihatedisqus3’ has also informed us about a new path tracer engine called Arauna2. Arauna2 is the successor to the CPU-based Arauna real-time ray tracer. It uses GPU path tracing to render scenes with global illumination and depth of field, at a speed that enables real-time previewing: during camera movement, images are noisy, but as soon as the camera stands still, the final image starts to converge.
