Rejoice RPG fans as we have evidence that BioWare’s classic RPG, Baldur’s Gate, will be coming to Steam in the following months. A few days ago, both Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate 2 were added to Steam’s registry. And… well… Steam’s registry never lies. After all, the PC versions of both Sonic Generations and Alan Wake were revealed via Steam’s registry so we can safely assume that this is not an error or mistake from Valve, and our guess is that there will be a bundle or something like that. BioWare and Electronic Arts will release today the extended version of the CGI ‘Take Earth Back’ trailer for Mass Effect 3 and guess what; some Russians have managed to leak it 7 hours before its initial release. Mass Effect 3 thrusts players into an all-out war to save the galaxy from an ancient alien race known as the Reapers. Players will assume the role of Commander Shepard, a war-torn veteran who’s willing to do whatever it takes to eliminate this nearly unstoppable foe. AMD has released the 12.2 pre-certified Catalyst driver for their GPUs. This new version of Catalyst comes with DX11 fixes for both Batman: Arkham City and Dirt III. Moreover, Catalyst 12.2 features improvements in fixes for a lot of CrossFire titles. What’s really interesting too is that Catalyst 12.2 comes with Super Sampling Anti-Aliasing support for DirectX 10 and DirectX 11 applications. Nvidia users can still force SSAA in DX9 titles and we hope that AMD will also give us this option in a future version of the Catalyst drivers. Goldeneye 64 was the best James Bond game and one of the best console FPS ever.
