Earlier yesterday, we posted some brand new leaked screenshots of Doom 4. Although a lot of you are not aware of how these shots got leaked, we are here to tell you the story behind it. Square Enix’s Gunslinger Stratos to be powered by the Umbra & Orochi Engines

Umbra Software, the premiere provider of rendering optimization middleware, announced today that ByKing has chosen to power it’s Gunslinger Stratos arcade game with Umbra’s rendering middleware. Gunslinger Stratos is published by Square Enix and comes with a four player arcade game and is built using Silicon Studio’s brand new Orochi game engine. Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning – First DLC Announced

EA, 38 Studios, and Big Huge Games unveiled The Legend of Dead Kel, the first downloadable content (DLC) pack for Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, the critically acclaimed open-world action role-playing game. Featuring a mysterious tale of intrigue, danger and dark magic on the island of Gallows End, players will encounter shadowy characters and new enemies, and will experience a host of new side quests, treacherous battles and exciting new challenges. The Legend of Dead Kel gives players access to Gallows End, a gigantic new continent to explore where players claim ownership of a vast personal estate and experience new weapons, Twists of Fate and other perks against new enemies. Borderlands 2 will be a Steamworks title

2K Games, Gearbox Software and Valve today announced an agreement to power all PC versions of the highly anticipated Borderlands 2 with Steamworks when the game launches on September 18, 2012 in North America and September 21, 2012 internationally. Currently in development by Gearbox Software, Borderlands 2 is the sequel to the critically acclaimed four-player cooperative shooter-looter that combined intense first-person mayhemwithrole-playing gameplay. Nexon to publish Crytek’s free-to-play FPS, Warface

Nexon announced today that Nexon and Crytek signed a publishing deal for Crytek’s next- generation online first-person shooter game, “Warface.” With this agreement, Nexon obtained the publishing license of “Warface” for South-Korea and Taiwan and will operate and market the game. “Warface” is Crytek’s first online FPS and is based on Crytek’s critically acclaimed CryENGINE 3 game development solution. New PES 2012 DLC To Feature All January Transfers & Kit Updates

Konami Digital released today details of the latest free DLC for PES 2012, which will be released on March 6th for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC versions. The download brings all team rosters up to date, and makes all transfers that took part within the January transfer window. The update also updates the kits of the Spanish, German and Japanese national sides, and adds eight new boot styles from adidas and Nike, and the new adidas Finale Munich ball  that will be used in this year’s UEFA Champions League final. The leaked images are indeed from Doom 4; new hard evidence about the game’s identity

Earlier today, we posted some images from the supposedly leaked version of Doom 4. Although we weren’t sure about the game’s identity, we got our hands on more screenshots and artworks which revealed that this is indeed Doom 4. Therefore, we can safely say now that those shots, as well as the following ones, are from Doom 4. Dark Souls PC Update Report- Something is going on in the background… or not?

Red alert everyone, we have some slight news – if you can call it that way – for Dark Souls PC. It’s been a while since our last coverage and – as we predicted – the petition didn’t manage to hit the 100K mark. Namco BANDAI and From Software decided to remain silent, until now. Namco’s administrator, shoupinou, revealed that he is still following the topic, though he has no rights to tell anything about Namco’s plans. And here is the interesting thing. First MechWarrior Online Trailer Revealed

Mecha fans, here is something for you. Our dear friends at PC Gamer have posted the first trailer for MechWarrior Online, in which the team showcases Atlas falling out of a dropship. The game is developed by Piranha Games and will be a free-to-play title. In all honesty, this teaser looks good if and only if those are in-game graphics.
