Nordic Games has just unveiled that it has acquired the IP rights of Darksiders, Red Faction and MX vs ATV from THQ. This is great news as a new Darksiders game seems now possible. The bad news is that Nordic Games is not a triple-A publisher like EA or Ubisoft, thus those franchises may not receive the attention to detail (or the budget) most fans have been hoping for. THQ has released a new DLC for Darksiders II. This new DLC, called Abyssal Forge, is priced at 7.99 euros and is available on Xbox LIVE online entertainment network, Playstation Network in North America and Windows PC. Vigil Games and Crytek have unveiled two new screenshots for Darksiders 2’s upcoming DLC and Crysis 3. Although there is no ETA about Darksiders 2’s DLC, we do know that it will be a brand new adventure and are pretty sure that most of its fans are already looking forward to it. THQ has released some new DLCs for Darksiders 2. PC gamers can go ahead and purchase the Mortis Pack, Rusanov’s Axe, Van Der Schmash Hammer, Fletcher’s Crow Hammer, Mace Maximus, Angel of Death, Deadly Despair and Shadow of Death packs. As the titles suggest, these new DLCs are basically new weapons, armors and skills. We should note that these packs are not included in the Season Pass of Darksiders 2, meaning that you won’t get them if you purchase it. Darksiders 2 was released a month and a half ago on the PC, but due to some other games – that were released alongside with it – its Performance Analysis got delayed. THQ has released two new packs for Darksiders II. As of today, both Argul’s Tomb and Death Rides are available on PC, Xbox LIVE and Playstation Network. According to the company, Argul’s Tomb is a new gameplay zone, which includes two challenging new dungeons, new enemies to best, and unique legendary loot to collect.
