Perfect World Entertainment and Zombie Studios announced that their free-to-play FPS, Blacklight: Retribution, will hit Steam and will be packed with both Steam Achievements and Stats. Although the companies have not announced any release date yet, we can expect it to hit Valve’s distribution service ‘soon’. Let’s hope that Zombie Studios’ soon timeframe is not the same with Valve’s.
Blacklight: Retribution is the sequel to Blacklight: Tango Down and provides FPS enthusiasts with a new standard for free-to-play games by fully utilizing Unreal 3 technology and implementing DirectX 11 to provide cutting-edge graphics and gameplay.
Blacklight: Retribution looks great and is a F2P title, so we highly recommend trying it. Those who can’t wait for the Steam version can download it from its official website and start playing.
