Next Car Game promises to return to Bugbear’s roots and be similar to both Demolition Derby and FlatOut. The early ‘90s top-down shooter has been lovingly restored by Abstraction Games, the team who recently brought Hotline Miami to the PS3 and Vita, in close consultation with Mike Montgomery, one of the founding members of The Bitmap Brothers. Martin Escageda, a Multimedia Producer and Cosplayer from Mexico, has informed us about the second live action short film based on the upcoming fighting game, Yatagarasu: Attack on Cataclysm. Contrary to the first short film, this one simulates completely two rounds of a fight and feels similar to most fan-made films that were released for Mortal Kombat. The fighting itself is not up to what we were hoping, neither is the acting. And in case you’re wondering, no; this short film cannot come close to the ones for Street Fighter or Street Fighter x Tekken (though the budget and the crew for those shorts were way higher than those for Martin’s Yatagarasu film). Polish gaming website Legal/Law Journal site (thanks Kodaemon and Perscitus for the heads up), Gazeta Prawna, has revealed some interesting information about the development cost of The Witcher 2, as well as the development for both The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077. During CDPR’s conference, CD Projekt CEO Adam Kicinski said that The Witcher 2 cost $10,36 million to CD Projekt RED.
