The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Realistic Overhaul V1.1 Lite Texture Pack Released

A couple of days ago, we informed you about the new version of Starac’s drooling Texture Pack, Skyrim Realistic Overhaul. Alongside its full release (as the texture pack came in three big parts), the modder has also released a Lite version of it. This Lite version comes with 1024 textures and as  you may have guessed, they are way better than the vanilla ones. This Lite Pack is for those that don’t have enough vRam to power its default version so make sure to download it – especially if you were experiencing stuttering side effects with its previous version. Deadly 30 is a brilliant and lovely 2D platform tower defense game that is now available

Deadly 30 is a brilliant 2D platform game with tower defense features that was created by Ignatus Zuk and Gonzalo Villagomez. This indie game has just been released and can be purchased from its official website. In Deadly 30, players will have to survive 30 nights of horror and zombie menace. Players will also have to rescue and recruit companions, upgrade their weaponry and fortify their position during safe daylight. Orcs Must Die! 2 Announced; will be playable at this year’s PAX event

Robot Entertainment today announced Orcs Must Die! 2, the sequel to last year’s AIAS Strategy Game of the Year. Orcs Must Die! 2 thrusts players and their friends back into battle against a terrifying mob of orcs and other monsters. With a redesigned spellbook, players will have a broader range of options to build a deadly arsenal of defenses. Porsches are coming to Project CARS; new community screenshots released

Fanatec have uploaded a pretty interesting video that hints at Porsches coming to a ‘new racing sim’ game. The footage was recorded in the pit Sebastian Vettel used on his last F1 GP at Hockenheim Ring and there was a test session for all Porsche Carrera Cup and Supercup teams and the introduction of a new racing simulation. Now if you look closely to the monitors, you’ll definitely notice Project CARS’ HUD. Not only that, but there are keyboards and mice on the ground, suggesting that this is actually a PC game. Slightly Mad Studios hasn’t denied it yet, so we can safely assume that Porsches are coming in Project CARS. In addition, we bring you today some new community shots from it. Enjoy! Overgrowth Alpha 174 Changes

Wolfire Games have released today a new video in which the company’s lead programmer, David Rosen, shows off the changes that were made to the latest alpha version of the game. David added this week an effect for removing weapons that are embedded in bodies. Wing Commander Saga hits 50K downloads in its first 24 hours

It seems that there is a market for action space games, as the freshly released ‘The Wing Commander Saga’ was downloaded 50.000 times in its first 24 hours. Nice number, right? Of course that might be due to the fact that it’s a freeware game. Nevertheless, it’s a huge number for such a game from an indie studio. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [March 25th – 31st]

The UK PC Retail and Steam PC Digital charts have just been revealed and at their top places we can find Mass Effect 3 and Dungeon Siege Complete. It definitely is a nice surprise to see Mass Effect 3 back at the top place of the UK PC Retail as the game was placed at the fifth place last week. Shogun 2: Total War Fall of the Samurai on the other hand has lost four place. Star Wars: The Old Republic lost one place, Football Manager 2012 gained one, and Skyrim remained at the same place. Last but not least, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition has lost the tenth from The Sims 3: Generations. Ridge Racer: Unbounded – PC patch to fix the ‘MP invitation’ issues coming next week

Man, Ridge Racer: Unbounded PC was certainly broken at its time of release. Alongside the Level Editor bug, the game suffered from a Multiplayer issue. Long story short, PC gamers cannot invite their friends in a game. This is a major issue and Bugbear has revealed that they are working on a new update that might hit Steam next week.
