Yesterday, we posted a new trailer from Watch Dogs. If you’ve already watched it, then you’ll be definitely wondering why that trailer looked so awful. Our guess was that the game was captured from the current-gen (PS3/X360) version of the game, and that the PC/PS4/Xbox One versions would look way better. Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Watch Dogs, in which the French company introduces the in-game Watch Dogs character based on actress, gamer and comedian Aisha Tyler. Do note that this trailer is most probably from the PS3/X360 version of the game. Watch Dogs is planned for a November release on PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360 and PC, with an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 release planned at a later date. Enjoy! Ubisoft today announced the Watch Dogs Limited Edition Pack for North America. Along with the game itself, included in the Limited Edition Pack are a collectible SteelBook case featuring art from DedSec, the official soundtrack, including the original score from composer Brian Reitzell (Lost in Translation, The Bling Ring, Hannibal), an 80-page hardcover art book, Aiden Pearce’s mask and a 9-inch statue of Aiden in action. Ubisoft has revealed some of the graphical features that will be featured in the PC version of Watch Dogs. As we all know, Watch Dogs is powered by the Disrupt engine; an engine that was developed to ‘have state of the art visuals on all its quality levels.’ This could obviously mean that the game won’t suffer from the optimization issues spotted in other Ubisoft titles, like Assassin’s Creed III (that is powered by a different engine, mind you). A new video for Watch Dogs has been leaked today, showcasing parts from the multiplayer mode of this highly anticipated title. This video seems a bit unpolished (perhaps the footage is from an early version?), and Ubisoft has been trying to take it down this whole day. During Sony’s conference, Ubisoft presented a new gameplay footage for Watch Dogs. In Watch Dogs, players take the role of Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former thug, whose criminal past led to a violent family tragedy. Now on the hunt for those who hurt his family, players will be able to monitor and hack all who surround you by manipulating everything connected to the city’s network. Ubisoft has recently released new screenshots for both Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Watch Dogs. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Watch Dogs are planned for a 2013 and a November 22nd release, respectively. While Watch Dogs will be coming on a specific date, Ubisoft has not revealed the release date for PC, Xbox One and PS4. We assume that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be released alongside the next-gen console versions. That is unless Ubisoft pulls another ‘three month’ delay on us.
