inXile Entertainment announced today that it will return to Kickstarter for their next big cRPG project, The Bard’s Tale IV, launching Monday June 2nd at 6 AM PST/13:00 UTC. inXile Entertainment plans to return to Skara Brae for a true dungeon-crawling sequel to the original The Bard’s Tale trilogy that helped define the cRPG genre. Gorgeously Detailed & Realistic “Crysis-like” Rainforest Created in Unreal Engine 4

FlickR’s member ‘Techuser/2’ has shared a number of screenshots from his realistic rainforest map that was created in Unreal Engine 4. Techuser/2’s map looks amazing, and shows the abilities of Unreal Engine 4. Unreal Engine 4.6 NVIDIA VXGI – New Real-time Screenshots Show Amazing Visuals

NVIDIA had recently introduced to the public its new Dynamic GI called VXGI. VGXI has been integrated in a separate branch of Unreal Engine 4, and 3D artist “Byzantos” experimented with it. Below you can find some screenshots captured with this new Global Illumination technique in full effect.
