More Artworks & Screenshots from Crytek’s cancelled game; titled as ‘Redemption’ for X360 and PS3

Eric Cochonneau has revealed – on his portfolio page – some new screenshots and artworks from Crytek’s cancelled game. This game was under development for PS3 and X360 (and possibly for the PC) back in 2008, and was called Redemption. In our previous coverage, we described this title as a ‘The Last Of Us’ game, however these new screenshots have a different look and feel than Naughty Dog’s survival game. Truth be told, Redemption was meant to be a survival game in which the main character was protecting a girl, but they seem to share different concept ideas. Enjoy and special thanks to NYC_Gamer for spotting it! Continue reading More Artworks & Screenshots from Crytek’s cancelled game; titled as ‘Redemption’ for X360 and PS3

Massive Indocrination Theory Documentary for Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut

Man, now this is a bit ironic. In an earlier editorial piece, we said that the Indocrination Theory was disproved from Mass Effect 3’s Extended Cut. Well, it seems we were wrong, as there are still indications that hint towards that theory. Not only that, but BioWare has included some new features/indications/hints/whatever_you_want_to_call them. Now if the company wanted to disprove that theory, why did they add these new hints? But anyway, Julian Kluk has created a massive, two hour long, documentary about the Indocrination Theory of Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut that can be viewed below. Naturally, some will agree with Julian’s claims while others will not. Enjoy! Continue reading Massive Indocrination Theory Documentary for Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut

EA/DICE have mysteriously removed Back To Karkand from Battlefield’s Premium Bonus Content Section

Now here is something interesting. As you may already know, Back To Karkand (and all upcoming DLCs for Battlefield 3) was included in Battlefield Premium. This expansion pack was under the Bonus content category, however, the expansion is nowhere to be found after the latest update of Battlelog. Unfortunately we weren’t quick enough to notice it, but thankfully, Guru3D’s member ‘iako’ has captured some screenshots from Battlelog before and after its update. Continue reading EA/DICE have mysteriously removed Back To Karkand from Battlefield’s Premium Bonus Content Section

Command & Conquer: Generals 2 won’t feature Single Player Campaign; fans create a petition for a proper PC game

Man, things are not looking good for Command & Conquer: Generals 2, the Frostbite 2 engine game that has joined EA’s F2P plans. Truth be told, we were looking forward to its Single Player mode as it had the potential to be as epic as ever, especially if we take into consideration the destructible environemnts that would be featured. Or at least that’s what we were hoping. However, SP fans are not EA’s target group. Bioware Victory’s general manager, John Van Caneghem, told PCGamer that the game will ship without a single player mode.
