Modder ‘DeeperThought’ has released the 2.01 version of his Star Wars Dark Forces-inspired total conversion mod for 3D Realms’ classic shooter, Duke Nukem 3D. Titled “Duke Forces: Darth Nukem”, this mod automatically converts weapons, enemies, textures, sprites, music and pretty much everything into Star Wars content. Devolver Digital has announced that Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition has cross-platform multiplayer versus and co-op modes for up to 8 players. According to the publisher, the multiplayer maps not only include the original maps but also hundreds of the best user maps through Steam Workshop. Not only that, but the developer has already integrated Steam Workshop support for it. New Trailer Released For Duke Nukem 3D’s Metropolitan Mayhem Mod

Well, this was a bit unexpected. MetHunter, MRCK, Mikko Sandt and Merlijn van Oostrum created a mod for Duke Nukem 3D (back in 2012) that featured 15 new maps. This mod is themetically very close to the original first and third episodes (LA Meltdown & Shrapnel City) of Duke Nukem 3D, concentrating almost exclusively on classic urban-themed maps, and after almost a year, the team decided to release a new trailer for it.
