There is a reason why we love the modding community. It’s not trendy and it definitely doesn’t make you smarter to say that you love mods because consoles don’t support them. No my friends, mods can bring so many changes to either the graphics or the gameplay. Damn, they can even alter the whole game if a team decides to develop a Total Conversion. We are really ashamed for not informing you about Bastion’s PC release. This fantastic indie game has been released for the PC and today we bring you news about its first official patch. As always, the update will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and fixes various issues. In addition, this patch adds support for several advanced command-line parameters. Risen and Gothic fans, here are three new screenshots of the highly anticipated RPG, Risen 2: Dark Waters. Alongside these screenshots we also have a brand new off camera gameplay footage from GamesCom. Funnily, the game looks similar to Arcania 4 but hopefully it won’t share any other similarities. Ubisoft released seven brand new screenshots for Far Cry 3 and as you can tell, the game looks great and is among the best visually games we’ve seen so far. On the other hand though, Far Cry 2 still looks great but is a boring game, so hopefully this third part won’t be plagued by the same ‘idiotic decisions’ and features of its second part.
