Rocksteady and Warner Bros released a new video that showcases the extra features that will be included in the PC version of Batman: Arkham City. PC gamers will be able to enjoy Rocksteady’s gem with special GPU accelerated physics via PhysX, in glorious 3D with Nvidia’s 3D Vision and some unique DX11 effects like tessellation and advanced HBAO. Activision and Radical Entertainment released today a new trailer for their upcoming third person sandbox game, Prototype 2, that showcases the game’s zones. Prototype three will feature three zones; green, yellow and red. The green can be considered the safe zone, whereas the red zone is the infected one. Back to Karkand will feature four of our most loved maps from Battlefield 2, boldly reimagined with enhanced destruction in the Frostbite 2 engine. The expansion pack also features new vehicles, persistence, and the return of the classic Conquest Assault. One of the most anticipated ‘hack n slash’ games of 2012 got delayed. Yeap, that’s right. Runic’s sequel to Torchlight won’t see the light of day in 2011. Instead, the game is currently slated for a 2012. Now before jumping around, screaming like little girls, let us tell you that we are delighted with Runic’s decision. Let’s be honest, November – and December – is filled with lots of PC releases so if Torchlight II was to be released now, it would suffer from the crowded videogame release schedule. Yesterday, CD Projekt RED held its Investor’s Day 2011 event and revealed that they will be releasing five new games until 2015. Going into more detail, the Witcher developer will release two triple-A games in 2014 and 2015, while a mid-budget and two low-budget titles will be released in 2012-2013.
