The latest Top 10 PC charts have been revealed and as we can see, Age of Empires II: HD and SimCity are the best selling titles on Steam’s digital and UK’s retail PC charts. Surprisingly enough, SimCity has managed to retain its throne, which makes us wonder whether that DRM uproar was just for the hell of it. This is definitely good news for EA, no doubt about that. However, it makes you wonder how successful this latest part of the SimCity series could have been if there wasn’t that DRM controversy. Apart from that, UK’s retail charts feel similar to those of last week’s. SC2: Heart of the Swarm gained a couple of places, while Tomb Raider has fallen to the last place. Skyrim has managed to re-enter the charts, whereas Bioshock: Infinite was able to keep its fifth place. Back in 2012, we were criticized for letting everyone know that there was a possibility for a PC version of Mortal Kombat. That rumored version never came out, and a lot called us liars, that we were ‘publishing stories just for the hits‘, that we were ‘spreading lies‘, that we ‘could not be trusted as we were a brand new gaming website that came out of nowhere‘, and all sorts of things. Well, payback is better served cold, and these past months we got a lot of hints towards a PC version of Mortal Kombat 9. CD Projekt RED has revealed some new screenshots for the third part of the ‘The Witcher’ series. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be powered by the REDengine 3 gane engine, and is planned for release on PC, PS4 and the next Xbox. The game is scheduled for a 2014 release, and our guess is that these screenshots are still with the old renderer (CDPR is currently working on a DX11 renderer that will be way better than what REDengine 2’s renderer is cabable of). Enjoy! Continue reading The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – New Screenshots Unveiled→

Dreamworks’ Trespasser was known for two reasons: a) its dinos and b) for its ‘arm-simulator’ mechanics. Truth be told, the game also featured some amazing physics powering it, however that awful arm-simulator-squishing-everything-let-me-see-if-i-can-grab-this thing got really annoying. It’s been almost fifteen years since Trespasser’s release, and a new challenger aims to claim its crown. Its name is The Gallery: Six Elements, a game developed for the Oculus Rift with support for motion controllers. It seems that a lot of Dragon Age 3 fans are a bit worried about BioWare’s upcoming RPG. After all, Dragon Age 3 was announced a while back and we have not seen it in action. We do not have any screenshots for what BioWare is planning, and we don’t even know much about it. If you were a common fan, you’d think that BioWare is a bit ‘afraid’ of two upcoming RPGs that everyone is mentioning these days; The Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 2. However, BioWare is confident and according to Blair Brown, the company is not ‘afriad’ of anyone as Dragon Age 3 is ‘definatly’ going to be released and at BioWare’s ‘usual high standards’. Continue reading BioWare Is Not Afraid Of Either ‘The Witcher 3’ Or ‘Dark Souls 2’→

REFUSION is a fusion of two game genres: the First Person Shooter and Real-Time Strategy, where players will experience top FPS graphics and physics with RTS diversity. The game is being developed by Gumpanela Entertainment, and you can find below its debut in-game trailer. Our biggest gripe with what Gumpanela showcased is the – somehow – low LOD settings that were used, so here is hoping that we’ll be able to adjust it to our likings. Apart from that, though, REFUSION has a lot of potential, looks great and supports huge environments. Continue reading REFUSION is a promising FPS/RTS Hybrid, Debut In-Game Footage Unveiled→
