Starborne Open Beta phase begins on April 2nd

Solid Clouds has announced that the open beta phase for Starborne will begin on April 2nd. Starborne is a science-fiction MMORTS that had 180,000 registered players during its Alpha phase. As the press release reads, Starborne’s open beta will have a brand new game map. Moreover, it will have dedicated safer starting zones and higher resource yielding areas that will incentivise expansion and make the game more dynamic. Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Kickstarter has raised $2 million, new gameplay details

Owlcat Games has announced that the Kickstarter campaign for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous has raised $2,054,339. As the press release reads, more than 35,000 backers helped fund the CRPG based on Paizo’s famous tabletop RPG and the adventure path of the same name. CD Projekt RED confirms that its next triple-A title will be a game set in The Witcher universe

CD Projekt RED’s Adam Kicinski has confirmed that their next triple-A game will be a title set in the Witcher universe. However, this new game will not be called The Witcher 4. So yeah, I’m pretty sure we won’t be seeing Geralt in it (or at least that’s my guess). Rocket League March Update released, adds DirectX 11 support, HDR Audio improvements & more

Psyonix has released the March Update for Rocket League. According to the release notes, this new patch adds support for DirectX 11, as well as dynamic range controls for Audio. Ex-Guerrila Games dev on angry PS4 fans regarding Horizon Zero Dawn PC: “What the hell is wrong with you”

Yesterday, Guerrila Games and Sony announced that Horizon Zero Dawn will be officially coming to the PC this Summer. And, apparently, some PS4 fans didn’t take this well. Some of them cursed Sony and Guerrila Games, while others claimed that they’d boycott any new games from Guerrila. And, from the looks of it, this childish behaviour made an ex-Guerilla Games developer wonder what the hell is wrong with these people.
