At long last, Microsoft has finally released a proper PC version of Halo 3. Some thought this day would never come, but here it is Halo 3 running natively on the PC. Intel is finally retiring its 9th Gen Core-X ‘Skylake-X’ series of CPUs, giving them an End-of-Life/EOL status

Intel has recently issued a new product change notification (PCN) in which the company has announced the discontinuation of its 9th Gen Core X series “Skylake-X” HEDT processors. The new PCH applies to all the Skylake-X processors based on the ‘LGA2066’ socket as well as the Xeon W-2000 series workstation processors, which also use the same socket, and are based on a similar IP. Intel’s future ‘Alder Lake’ processors will feature a new Hybrid architecture (Big and Small cores) for the desktop market

Intel’s next generation of Alder Lake-S Core processors are said to be the company’s first 10nm mainstream desktop processors, and we have already seen documents, datasheets, and release notes for these CPUs which also appeared on Intel’s own developer website. These processors have been confirmed to support a new LGA1700 socket.
