Devolver Digital has released a new trailer for Shadow Warrior. Shadow Warrior is a reimagining of the classic 3D Realms’ shooter from independent developer Flying Wild Hog (Hard Reset) starring the legendary and quick-witted warrior Lo Wang. Players will be able to combine the brute force of overwhelming firepower with the elegant precision of a katana to annihilate the merciless armies of the shadow realm in an exhilarating and visually stunning transformation of the classic first-person shooter. A couple of hours ago, Kojima and Konami demoed Metal Gear Solid V at Sony’s TGS 2013 booth. This demo is from the prologue of MGS V (titled MGS V: Ground Zeroes) and shows off the game’s gameplay mechanics. Although Konami has not officially announced a PC version for MGS V, it has been hinted (from job listings to PC SKU up and running already) that the game will be coming on our platform. Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 releases today in Europe, therefore we are presenting you a full match between Manchester United and Manchester City. PES 2014 is powered by FOX Engine, however the game’s visuals are a bit underwhelming. Sure thing, they are better than last year’s offer but they are not what we’d expect from FOX Engine. Then again, this is a current-gen title so we shouldn’t be asking for mind-blowing visuals. Still, Konami could do something about the game’s square-ish shadows, don’t you agree? NBA 2K14 – Developer Diary Focuses On The Game’s Gameplay Mechanics

2K Sports has released a new developer diary for NBA 2K14 that focuses on the game’s gameplay mechanics. According to the team, NBA 2K14 has seen a major upgrade in gameplay. From physicality to improved defense, tighter controls and the awe-inspiring blocked dunks, prepare for the most balanced and deepest gameplay the series has ever seen. The game is planned for release later this year on PS3 and X360. Although 2K Sports has not revealed any other platforms for it, we do know that NBA 2K14 will hit PS4 (and most probably Xbox One). And since all the latest parts of this series have found their way on the PC, our only question is this: in which version will the PC version be based on? The Evil Within promises to be a game embodying the meaning of pure survival horror, is being directed by Shinji Mikami, and aims to feature highly-crafted environments, horrifying anxiety, and an intricate story in order to create an immersive world that will bring players to the height of tension. Wolfire Games has released a new video for its bunny brawler, Overgrowth, showcasing the changes that have been made to its latest build. According to its description, David Rosen has added this week spears that can be thrown, tweaked thrown weapons in order to penetrate farther, new animations and attacks for the game’s Spear weapons, as well as an arena in which players can fight with spears. There is no denying that the most ‘wow-ish’ feature that Crytek shown in its tech demo was the procedural GPGPU weather effects.
