The Evil Within 2 PC Performance Analysis

When Tango Gameworks revealed that The Evil Within 2 would be powered by the STEM Engine, we were a bit worried about its overall performance. You see, both the STEM and the Void Engines are based on the id Tech Engines. The Void Engine had numerous optimization issues in Dishonored 2 and from the looks of it, the STEM Engine also suffers from some optimization/performance issues. Forza Motorsport 7 PC Performance Analysis

Forza Motorsport 7 is a racing game we were really looking forward to. After fixing Forza Horizon 3’s ridiculous CPU scaling issues, we were hoping that the Forza Motorsport 7 performance would be better at launch. Total War: WARHAMMER 2 – PC Performance Analysis

Total War: WARHAMMER was a strategy game that really disappointed us with its underwhelming performance in DX12 back in 2016. Naturally, we were expecting better things from its successor, however it appears that the game suffers from both single-thread CPU issues, as well as underwhelming DX12 performance on both NVIDIA’s and AMD’s graphics cards. Warriors All-Stars – PC Performance Analysis

These past few months, KOEI Tecmo has been releasing all of its title on the PC. However, and as most of you already know, KOEI’s games suffer from major issues. Most, if not all, of them suffer from optimization and performance issues. Not only that, but most of them lack basic PC features like mouse support. The last KOEI Tecmo game we covered was BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk; a game that suffered from all the aforementioned issues. As such, our expectations were really low when it came to Warriors All-Stars. However, this may very well be the best KOEI Tecmo PC game to date. F1 2017 – PC Performance Analysis

Codemasters and Deep Silver have just released F1 2017 on the PC. As with all previous F1 games, F1 2017 is powered by the EGO Engine and even though Deep Silver had provided us with a review code a couple of weeks ago, we decided to delay our article as both NVIDIA and AMD planned to release specific drivers for it.
