Crytek has announced that Hunt: Showdown will be free to play on Steam from Thursday, August 9th at 10 am PT/1 pm ET/ 7 pm CEST to Monday, August 13th at 10 am PT/1 pm ET/ 7 pm CEST. During that time, the game will also be on sale for 20% off.

Cuphead has sold more than 3 million copies worldwide

StudioMDHR Entertainment has announced that its lovable platformer, Cuphead, has sold more than 3 million copies worldwide. Back in December, the team announced that the game had sold two million copies, meaning that it took it almost eight months in order to surpass the 3 million goal.

Firefly Studios has announced that its grand strategy MMO Stronghold Kingdoms has now hit six million players across PC, Mac, iOS and Android. To coincide with this milestone Firefly has also launched a new Windows 10 version of the game on the Microsoft Store along with a brand new trailer.

DICE and Electronic Arts have announced that the second closed alpha testing for Battlefield 5 will begin on August 14th. According to the teams, the second Closed Alpha is built directly from the first Closed Alpha and it will not contain any changes to the available maps, modes, weapons and vehicles.
