New DOTA 2 Update adds Lycan and enables Shadow Demon in Captain’s Mode

Valve released a new beta update for their upcoming action RTS, DOTA 2. This new update comes with the addition of Lycan and enables Shadow Demon in Captain’s Mode. In addition, the new beta patch adds all Random game mode for private lobbies, adds setting for ambient creatures in the Advanced Video Settings, sports various bot improvements and a number of fixes. After those 2011 hints about HL3 and the rumored announcement of it in this year’s E3, here is something new that might put a smile in your face. Valve has released a new update for the beta version of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. This update comes with a new map ( de_dust2_se ), new weapons, an updated Demolition mode, spawn fixes, tweaks for the already available maps and UI improvements. New DOTA 2 Update comes with new Gameplay, UI, Visuals and Bots fixes/improvements

Among other things, this update adds Shadow Demon, fixes Dust of Appearance not affecting magic immune heroes and adjust the Venomancer injured animation. New Counter-Strike: GO Beta Update comes with FXAA & Intel’s integrated graphics chipsets support

We’re pretty sure that most CS: GO fans will be disappointed to hear that the game has been delayed yet again. Yeah, that sucks but hopefully Valve will be able to further polish your beloved game, so no reason to start cursing them. In addition, the company released a new update for the game’s beta version that replaces Source’s shadow engine and adds support for both FXAA and Intel’s integrated graphics chipsets. Furthermore, the update enables the Arsenal Mode: Demolition, fixes, miscellaneous map bugs and removes the capping mouse acceleration values. Steam’s Registry indicates that BioWare Classic Games will hit Valve’s Distribution Service

A while ago, we informed you about Baldur’s Gate 1 & 2 hitting Steam. Well, Steam’s registry got updated a few hours ago and some interesting BioWare classic games were added to it. According to Steam’s registry, Planescape Torment, Temple of Elemental, and both parts of Icewind Dale are coming to Valve’s digital distribution service. Could this mean that BioWare is preparing a Classic RPG Pack that will contain all of those amazing D&D games? We also know that a Baldur’s Gate website was launched recently.
