Avalanche Studios has released a brand new patch for Just Cause 4. This second PC patch is 2.9GB in size and focuses on fixing the most common crashes PC users were experiencing. Final Fantasy 9 receives an ESRGAN AI-enhanced Beta HD Texture Pack, available for download

Since the reveal of ESRGAN, an AI technique that can enhance the textures of older games, a lot of gamers have been waiting for HD texture packs for the classic Final Fantasy games. Shadow of the Tomb Raider December 18th PC update fixes audio issues, Ansel & Co-Op Mode

EIDOS Montreal and Nixxes have released a new PC update for Shadow of the Tomb Raider. According to the release notes, PC patch #9 brings various fixes towards audio issues, ANSEL stability and Co-Op Mode stability, and adds Friends leaderboards to the Challenge Tombs menu section for each Challenge Tomb & Mode. Hitman 2 Review: It’s a Hit, Man…2

It was many years ago that I first played as Agent 47, and I found the game series interesting but a bit too slow in how you must have the patience to wait for the right moment to kill your designated victim. I know, I know; these are stealth games so they have to be slow-paced. Given the pacing and my lack of skill in this genre, I’d just dabble in prior Hitman games back when game magazines would come with demo discs and such. NieR Automata Input Overhaul Mod is a must-have mod that adds raw mouse input and more

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again; the keyboard+mouse control mechanics in NieR Automata are seriously messed up. Now I know that some will say that a controller is better for this type of games buy as I’ve already said, third-person and shoot em up/platformers work like a charm when K&M are properly supported. Final Fantasy XV – DLSS 23% faster than TAA in 4K, constant 60fps on RTX2080Ti, comparison screenshots

Square Enix has released a new patch for Final Fantasy XV that officially adds support to NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Super Sampling tech. DLSS is basically a re-construction technique that uses the Tensor cores and is said to offer better framerates in 4K. As such, we’ve benchmarked our RTX2080Ti in order to see whether it’s now possible to retain constant 60fps in 4K in this open-world title.
