Free to play version of the battle royale game, PUBG, is currently in beta testing

PUBG Corporation has announced that a free to play version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, PUBG Lite, is currently in beta testing. Confirmed: Final Fantasy XV, Serious Sam 4, Mechwarrior 5, PUBG and more will support real-time ray tracing [UPDATE: Apparently not]

And it has been officially confirmed. Final Fantasy XV, Serious Sam 4, Mechwarrior 5, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, We Happy Few and more will support real-time ray tracing. As we’ve already reported, Final Fantasy XV will be supporting ray tracing via its new Vulkan renderer that will be added, though we don’t know how it will be using ray tracing. PUBG Update 20 hits test servers today, implements FIX PUBG related improvements and new content

PUBG Corporation will release later today a brand new patch for PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on the test servers. According to the developers, patch 20 will implement FIX PUBG related improvements and new content and will introduce more new functions such as TPP camera position setting and reporting system improvements.
