According to the changelog, this patch improves support for monitors with refresh rates higher than 60hz, comes with some Cross-Buy fixes, and makes some changes to the Ranked Leagues Scoring. Microsoft On UWP Features: VSync, GSync/Freesync, Overlay & Multigpu Support + Win32 Converter

According to Microsoft, the ability to disable VSync and official support for both GSync and Freesync will be coming in May.
