Far Cry gets a 5GB AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack, available for download, comparison screenshots

Now here is something that passed under our radar. A while back, modder ‘Zeneric’ released an AI-enhanced HD Texture Pack for the first Far Cry game. Zeneric used Topaz’s A.I. New and smoother flythrough video released for the Far Cry mod for Crysis, FarCry Reloaded

Last month, we informed you about a Far Cry total conversion mod for the first Crysis game. FarCry Reloaded is ambitious and aims to feature 9 levels from Far Cry into a single big level. Someone is working on a Far Cry Remake in CRYENGINE 5 that already looks better than the original

Earlier this week, we reported on a Far Cry total conversion mod for Crysis, Far Cry Reloaded. Now I know that some were disappointed with that fan remake as – and even though it’s a fan WIP project – it did not look particularly impressive. However, another Fan Cry remake project that aims to bring Crytek’s classic shooter in CryEngine 5 is currently in progress, and it already looks better than the original version.
