Mirror’s Edge Catalyst – New patch released & detailed, improves performance

DICE has released a new patch for Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. According to the changelog, this patch improves HW auto detect functionality, improves overall performance and comes with improvements for quad core machines in regards to an issue that caused a desync in audio during cut scenes. Respawn is working on a third-person Star Wars game

Electronic Arts has announced at this year’s E3 that DICE and Motive are working on a new Star Wars: Battlefront game. In addition, Visceral Games is working on a Star Wars game that will be released in 2018, and Respawn is experimenting on a third-person Star Wars game that is planned for release in the future.
