EA Access is coming to Steam soon after years of exclusivity on Origin

It appears that Electronic Arts’ subscription service for PC games, EA Access, will soon become available on Steam. “Don’t just get the game. Get more from your game with EA Access — it’s the ultimate game membership for anyone who loves EA games,” EA said on the service’s Steam page. “Follow EA and you’ll be notified as soon as EA Access is available”. New Command & Conquer Remastered patch adds LAN support, brings QoL improvements

Petroglyph has released the second major update for Command & Conquer Remastered that adds support for LAN play. LAN Play can be accessed directly from the Main Menu, and includes the ability to play LAN games with Mods enabled and over certain VPN networks. Rocket Arena is free to play until August 3rd

EA reports strong Q1 FY21 financial results thanks to FIFA, Madden NFL and APEX Legends MTX

Electronic Arts has announced the preliminary financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended June 30th. And, according to the publisher, Q1 FY21 was a very strong quarter, with net bookings up 17% year-over-year mainly thanks to microtransactions.
