New screenshots released for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus & DOOM VFR

Bethesda has released some new screenshots for the VR version of DOOM, DOOM VFR, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Both DOOM VFR and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus are powered by the id Tech 6 Engine, and both are planned for a 2017 release. New gaming benchmarks revealed for Intel’s Core i7 8700K & 8600K (six games tested)

Lab501 has broken the embargo and leaked some new gaming benchmarks for Intel’s upcoming CPUs, the Intel Core i7 8700K and the Intel Core i7 8600K. Lab501 has tested six games and according to their findings, there is not that big of a performance difference between the 7700K and the 8700K (despite the fact that the 8700K is slightly faster in most cases). AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 – First official benchmark shows AMD’s GPU beating NVIDIA’s GTX1080 FE in DOOM

AMD has revealed the first official benchmark for its new graphics card, the AMD RX Vega 64. According to the benchmark, this new GPU is around 10fps faster than NVIDIA’s GTX1080 Founder’s Edition and around 16fps faster than the AMD Fury X in DOOM. Beautiful Doom 6.2.1 is now available for download

A few days ago, we informed you about the latest version of the Beautiful Doom mod for the original Doom games. And today, modder ‘Jekyll_Grim_Payne’ released a brand new version of it. According to the modder, this new version unlocks the weapon sets from player classes. As such, there’s no longer “vanilla weapons marine” or “enhanced weapons marine” and instead gamers can enable or disable the enhanced weapons via a simple option. Doom – Update 6.66 unlocks all multiplayer DLC, free weekend trial announced

Bethesda and id Software have released a brand new update for DOOM. According to the release notes, this patch unlocks all multiplayer DLC to everyone. This basically means that all of the DLC maps, weapons, armor sets and demons will be available for all players to enjoy.
